An evening for most studios. Enter your classes, import families from a CSV export of whatever you use now, then send the registration link. You can run both systems for a month if you would rather move slowly.
No. You pay a flat monthly fee and Stripe charges its normal processing rate directly. Money moves from the family's card into your own Stripe account.
The invoice stays open and the family appears in one list of unpaid accounts. Ask them to update the card in the portal and charge again — no re-invoicing.
Never. A parent account can only read its own family, students, enrollments and invoices. Rosters, which name other people's children, are staff-only.
