Prodigy Suite is HR and health and safety compliance for Ontario employers: the policies, sign-offs, training, time off and records the province expects, in one place. It’s built and supported by Gintii AI Inc., a small software company in Southwestern Ontario.
Ontario expects a lot from employers, and more as they grow: written policies on workplace harassment and violence, on disconnecting from work and on electronic monitoring; health and safety awareness training and WHMIS; a health and safety representative or a joint committee; posters, records and reports that come due on fixed dates. A large company has an HR department for this. A 12-person cafe has the owner, after closing.
Prodigy Suite does that work. It works out what applies at your size, drafts the policies you’re missing, gets every employee to sign them, runs the training, handles time off and incident reports, and keeps the records an inspector asks for, with the law behind each item.
Gintii AI Inc. is three co-founders in Southwestern Ontario. Between us we have run software teams, retail roll-outs and construction sites, and written the backend systems behind payments and online sign-ups. That’s about fifty years of building, and everything we make is for people who are too busy doing the work to fight their software.

Nearly twenty years running projects in software, retail and construction. He led a 35-person software team on a retail-tracking platform used across 35,000 stores in 100 cities, built and sold a skincare brand, then moved into construction: warehouse automation, clean rooms, an EV battery gigafactory and a renovation company of his own. Estiquik came first, and PhonePick grew out of it.

Twenty-two years delivering construction across Canada, the UAE, Qatar and India: residential, commercial and infrastructure work, including a 1.67-million-square-foot build and a million safe work-hours with zero incidents. He brings the owner’s-side habits our tools are built around: honest schedules, tight change control, clean paperwork.

Thirteen years building backend systems: registration platforms, payments APIs and serverless cloud services, including leading a team of five developers. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science and a postgraduate qualification in machine learning and AI, and he is usually the one trying to break a PhonePick call before a customer can.

Prodigy Suite isn’t a law firm. Every draft policy tells you to have an Ontario employment lawyer review it before you adopt it.
Each signature keeps the name typed, the email the employee signed in with, the time, their device and a fingerprint of the exact text they read.
When Ontario changes a rule, we update what Prodigy Suite checks, and your compliance centre shows what changed. Updates are included in every plan.
