What partners ask us
Do I need to be a Prodigy Suite customer?
No. Anyone who works with Ontario employers can apply.
How do you know a sale came from me?
Your code. The employer enters it when it chooses its plan. That records the sale as yours and takes 10% off its first year.
What counts toward my 20%?
What the employer pays for its plan: in its first 12 months for affiliates and associations, and for as long as it stays for consultant partners. Moving up to a bigger plan counts. HST and refunded payments don’t.
When do I get paid?
Monthly, once each payment is 30 days old. Plans are billed once a year, so most of your share for an employer arrives as one payment, about a month after it pays.
Where can I offer it?
To employers in Ontario. Prodigy Suite covers Ontario’s rules, and prices are in Canadian dollars before HST.
Can I manage my clients’ accounts from one sign-in?
Not yet. Each client has its own account and signs in with its own email. If you need one sign-in across clients, tell us: partner requests decide what we build next.
Can we build Prodigy Suite into our payroll or HR software?
Not as a ready-made option today. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll talk it through.
Is Prodigy Suite legal advice?
No. It keeps employers on top of what Ontario requires and does the paperwork, and every draft policy says to have a lawyer review it before it’s adopted. For a specific situation, employers should speak to an Ontario employment lawyer.
